Shoe's should fit just right.

By Jeff Cline

Who does not like to go shoe shopping? Shoes are so much fun and we love to find that perfect pair that fits just right. We will save for a month just buy that special pair of shoes we have had our eye on. American's spend oodles on shoes every year.

A good fitting shoe is very important. Did you know that a bad fit can cause muscle and tendon strain? Yes, that is correct it can effect your health. If you wear an ill fitting shoe, your posture will not be supported properly either.

As cute as the pointy toed shoes are, I must say this, "stay away". Any time your feet are scrunched up this is not good! Your shoes should have good support as well. They should be appropriate for the kind of activity you plan to do.

It is important to have our feet measured each time we go shopping for shoes, because our feet change all the time. Last years shoe may not fit as well today. Our shoes tend to stretch an conform to our feet as times go on, this is not always good, you lose some support.

In the morning hours and on hot days are feet will swell, making it tough to get a great fitting pair of shoes. this is why you should always shop in the later part of the day. It stinks to buy a perfect pair of shoes that are later too tight or too big.

Have you ever seen the adorable shoes that women crunch there feet into? Well those pointed toe wonders are really bad for you! If you wear shoes that make your feet do things it is not suppose to do, your looking for a problem.

Big surprise, flip flops and slip on's are hazards. Not such a big surprise, right? Emergency rooms see people all the time that slipped and tripped over these shoes, sometimes causing major injuries. And the have no protection for your foot, you might as well go barefoot.

High heels are one of the funniest accessories that women buy for a special occasion. And they are one of the worst kind of shoe's we can wear. They are horrible for your posture. The put unneeded stress on the knees and back. - 17943
